For a new major global client, we are asked to assume responsibility for the European Program Management of a multi-national SAP implementation and integration of SAP with mobile solution and other systems. We also implement Solution Manager for business process management, change management, service desk and solution monitoring.

A new project has been awarded and we start work for a major Abu Dhabi company - performing a detailed analysis of the current business process manually and automated reverse business process engineering (RBE+ by IBIS Prof.Thome AG). This will be used as a blueprint for upcoming SAP implementation projects.

We start a project to implement Project Management with cProjects integration for a major Dubai company, managing multiple parallel SAP implementation projects and train the project managers and team, also integrating the complete system landscape of ECC systems, XI, EP, different IS systems, at a total about 40 instances.
